Nuisance Wildlife in New Jersey

There are many animals who are not considered pests, per se, but who occasionally make nuisances of themselves when they take up residence on or in homes or businesses. These animals are commonly known as nuisance animals, to distinguish them from the more lowly "pests."

Nuisance animals include, among others, opossums (shown at the right), skunks, raccoons, and squirrels. Whenever possible, nuisance animals are trapped and then released elsewhere, rather than being killed; and modification to property (such as exclusion and habitat reduction) helps prevent future animal problems.

Controlling and excluding nuisance wildlife requires special knowledge of their biology and habits, along with a wide variety of traps, cages, and other equipment. It's definately a job for the professionals at Eliminex Termite and Pest.
